What data we collect
Order data: name, e-mail, phone, billing details and the requested domain name. Any identity data the registrar requires is provided later directly to the registrar - the 1PAGE website does not collect or store it.
Why
To fulfil the order: to contact you, issue invoices, register the domain and manage the project. We do not sell data or use it for marketing without consent.
Who receives the data
Order data is shared with the registrar and the hosting provider only as far as needed to arrange the domain and the service. Data is not shared with any other third parties, except where required by law.
Project access
The "My project" portal opens with a project code and e-mail and shows only safe order data. Personal ID codes, dates of birth and the domain owner's full details are not shown in the portal.
Analytics and advertising
If you accept analytics and marketing cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement. The site also stores campaign parameters in your browser (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content and the Google click identifiers gclid, gbraid, wbraid) so we can see which campaign an enquiry or order came from. This data is pseudonymous: it contains no name, e-mail, phone number or message text and is kept for no longer than 90 days. The campaign label is stored together with the enquiry or order in our database for advertising performance statistics. No name, e-mail, phone number or message content is sent to Google. Without your consent no Google scripts are loaded and no data is sent to Google; you can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, as long as this does not conflict with domain registry rules or accounting requirements.
