Who provides the service
The service is provided by 1PAGE, operated by AXIO OÜ, registry code 17588492, address: P. Kerese tn 38d, Narva linn, Ida-Viru maakond 21003, Estonia. Contact e-mail: studio@1page.ee. Bank: Swedbank AS, IBAN EE642200221096469667. The company is not registered for VAT (KMKR), so all prices are final and no VAT is added.
What the service includes
A one-page website at a fixed price of €397: up to 6–7 content sections, mobile layout, contact form, contacts and social links, a map if needed, basic SEO, domain and SSL setup, publishing, and 2 rounds of minor revisions. The price also includes exactly one .ee domain, hosting and one professional mailbox on the client's own domain (for example info@company.ee) for the first year. Delivery time is 3–5 business days after receiving your materials.
Domain
The .ee domain is registered in the client's name as the registrant. The site package includes exactly one .ee domain for the first year (€0 for the client). A second .ee domain, as well as .com, .eu and other TLDs, are never included in the package and are always paid separately at the registrar's current price; for .com domains, both the first year and every renewal are paid. Subsequent renewals are paid by the client separately at the registrar's then-current terms. 1PAGE registers the domain manually with an accredited registrar after the order is paid, setting the client as the registrant. Ordering does not reserve the domain name: if the chosen name turns out to be taken, an alternative will be offered.
Hosting
Hosting for the first year is included in the site package (€0 for the client). 1PAGE sets up hosting and deploys the site manually after payment; if needed, a confirmation is sent to the client by email. The package includes one mailbox on the client's domain; 1PAGE creates and configures it manually together with hosting. From the second year onward, hosting and the mailbox are paid by the client separately at the then-current rate. No lifetime or free hosting is provided after the first year.
Payment
Online payment is available through the website, and invoice (bank transfer) payment is also available. The order is confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellation and revisions
The package includes 2 rounds of minor revisions after the finished page is presented. Additional work is charged separately by agreement.
